Mark has over 17 years’ experience in the aviation and corporate travel sectors, having held various senior commercial roles with flag carriers Qantas, Austrian Airlines and Air China in Australia and overseas. Prior to joining the Malaysia Airlines team earlier this year he spent time in the TMC segment both managing some of Australia’s largest corporate accounts and leading a highly successful Account Management team. His strengths are strategic planning that delivers strong commercial outcomes, leading affective and cohesive teams and building long term partnerships with customers. During his two years with Air China as Commercial Manager AU/NZ he lead the transition from a VFR centric to a fully diversified network carrier that has continued to delivered phenomenal growth in AU/NZ. At Malaysia Airlines Mark is responsible for all direct and indirect corporate revenue streams across their five online destinations that support 47 weekly flights.
